The products of MultiGestion bear the GS-label (GS ="tested security") given by the Technical University of Berlin as an official medical equipment testing authority after lengthy and stringent tests of the pressure relief properties (see protocol below), CE-label from Ministry of Health and Social Affairs by declaration of conformity registered under the numbers: B.1.01370-96, B.1.01371-96, Food and Drug Administration "Department of Health & Human Services-USA" Registration number 9681471. As our products are licensed and proven to be efficient and safe, they may be marketed, sold and used in the United Sates of America and in Canada.
The MultiTask® ™ Gel filling presents non-toxic (IEC test on 10 volunteers: IP = 0,1 while the governmental requirement is 2,0) and non-flow properties, so that no leakage will occur; even if the outer skin of the cushion is torn. The elasticity of the gel is above 600%. It is of particular significance that the gel possesses a "slow memory" characteristic ensuring that the pressure-relieved areas of the cushion return to their initial flat and elastic form, providing optimal adaptation to the body shape and its movement.
